INGREDIENTS: egg

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place a small pot with water on the stove. Bring to a boil on high heat.

  2. Crack the egg into the smallest bowl, container, etc. you can find.

  3. Once the water boils; use a whisk to stir the water and create a whirlpool.

  4. Cut the heat off, slowly drop the egg into the swirling water.

  5. Let sit in the water for about 2 minutes.

  6. Remove with a slotted spoon

Serve as desired. The egg should be runny; but cooked thoroughly and safe to eat.
