Pecan Crumble



INGREDIENTS:


1/2 cup butter

1 1/4 cup pecans

1 cup flour

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cu brown sugar

1 tablespoons baking powder

1/2 stick butter

hot water



DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Add the butter and pecans to a cast iron skillet and place into oven.

  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the flour, sugars, baking powder. Add in the butter and mix until crumbly then pour in hot water and stir until its a thick dough consistency.

  3. Remove the pecans and butter from the oven and spoon the dough mixture on top.

  4. Bake 30-40 minutes or until its golden brown
