1 pound ground beef (the fattier the better)
cajun seasoning, to taste 2 tbs cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
30 ounces of water ( more or less depending on how much gravy you want)

** The seasonings listed above are just what I like to use; feel free to change it to fit your tastes**
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and seasonings of your choice. Form into meatballs and set aside.
In a skillet or a pot, on medium high heat, add the vegetable oil. When it's hot, place in the meatballs. Reduce to a medium heat and brown really well on all sides.
Once it's browned, add in your water. Bring this to a simmer and reduce the heat to low. Place the lid on with a crack in it and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
