1 cup white sugar

1 cup water

11 lemons (about 2 cups lemon juice)

60 ounces water

strawberries (optional)


  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Let heat through until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat (this will still be liquidy!)

  2. Juice 11 lemons, removing the seeds. Strain the pulp out (optional) and pour into a large pitcher. Stir in the water and sweeten with the simple syrup. (note: use as much simple syrup as you want!)

  3. Serve over ice and muddled strawberries (optional)🍋🍓
