Homemade Croutons

INGREDIENTS:

Bread of your choice ( I like either a loaf of french bread or a baguette from the bakery)

2 tablespoons olive oil (you may need more) 1 tablespoon italian seasoning


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Slice the bread into bite sized cubes and add to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil (you want them coated but not drowning in it).

  3. Sprinkle on the italian seasoning.

  4. Lay flat on a baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes, tossing about halfway through.

  5. Let cool and add to your favorite soups, salads, or enjoy them alone :)
