Garlic Parm Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


1 cup pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

paprika, for garnish (if desired)


  1. If using seeds straight out of a pumpkin, be sure to remove all of the fleshy/stringy bits and rinse the seeds off really well.

  2. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.

  3. In a bowl, combine the seeds, butter, seasonings, and cheese. Toss and make sure they're evenly coated.

  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes; tossing them about halfway through.
