INGREDIENTS: 1/2 pound bacon, cut up
1/2 pound smoked sausage, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
1/8 cup creole mustard
1 head of cabbage, rinsed
In a large skillet, brown down the bacon and sausage until crispy. Remove and leave the grease in the pan.
Add in the onions and saute for about 25 minutes on medium low heat. Add in the garlic and saute for another 3 minutes.
Stir in the mustard, seasonings, and cabbage. Cook down for about 20 minutes or until it begins to carmelize. Add the bacon and sausage back in
