INGREDIENTS: 2 sticks softened butter (salted or unsalted)
2 tsp salt (if using unsalted butter)
1 tbs olive oil
3-6 tbs garlic powder (to taste)
2 tbs parsley (dried or fresh)
Add all ingredients to a bowl or a mixer and mix to combine. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
