Drop Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all purpose flour

2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon baking powder

6 tablespoons cold butter

1 1/2 cups buttermilk



DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and butter a sheet pan, set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut the cold butter into slices/cubes. Mix the butter into the flour until the mixture becomes crumbly.

  3. Stir in the buttermilk.

  4. Spoon large spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes
