Crab Rangoons

INGREDIENTS:
8oz imitation crab
8oz cream cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
wonton wrappers
fresh green onions, chopped (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the crab, cream cheese, egg, seasoning, and garlic in a bowl.
Use your fingers to wet the edges of the wonton wrapper, place a small spoonful of the filling in the middle.
Fold all four corners to close the wrapper, make sure to leave no air bubbles.
Deep fry til golden, about 5 minutes
Let drain on paper towels, top with green onions, if desired.
