Air Fryer Truffle Buffalo Wings

INGREDIENTS: chicken wings
black pepper
garlic powder
cajun seasoning
Buffalo Sauce: 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
6 tbs unsalted butter, melted
1 tbs white vinegar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt, cayenne, garlic powder (to taste)
1/2 tsp black truffle seasoning (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
If the chicken wings are not already cut up; using a sharp knife, remove the drummette from the flat at the joint and cut off the wing tip.
Dry both sides of each piece really well with paper towels. Add to a bowl and toss with black pepper, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning.
Place into the air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 8-11 minutes until done and crispy.
Leave plain or toss in your favorite wing sauce!
BUFFALO SAUCE:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk.
NOTES:
The truffle is completely optional but def recommended (SO GOOD!!)
