Air Fryer Truffle Buffalo Wings

INGREDIENTS: chicken wings

black pepper

garlic powder

cajun seasoning


Buffalo Sauce: 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

6 tbs unsalted butter, melted

1 tbs white vinegar

1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

salt, cayenne, garlic powder (to taste)

1/2 tsp black truffle seasoning (optional)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. If the chicken wings are not already cut up; using a sharp knife, remove the drummette from the flat at the joint and cut off the wing tip.

  2. Dry both sides of each piece really well with paper towels. Add to a bowl and toss with black pepper, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning.

  3. Place into the air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.

  4. Flip and cook for another 8-11 minutes until done and crispy.

  5. Leave plain or toss in your favorite wing sauce!

BUFFALO SAUCE:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk.


NOTES:

The truffle is completely optional but def recommended (SO GOOD!!)
