1 pound chicken wings
4 tbs cajun seasoning
4 tbs melted butter, salted
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
3 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
fresh parsley, for garnish if desired
If the wings are not pre-cut, use a sharp knife to remove the drummette from the flat at the joint and cut off the wing tip.
Lay the flats and drummettes out on a paper towel lined baking sheet and pat dry. The drier they are, the crispier they will get during cooking!
Transfer the wings to a bowl and season with cajun seasoning. Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
While those cook, in a bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, pepper, garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Mix well and set aside.
When the wings finish cooking, transfer to a large bowl, coat with the melted butter mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Serve with your favorite sauce and/or veggies!
