Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Wings

Updated: Jan 8

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound chicken wings

4 tbs cajun seasoning

4 tbs melted butter, salted

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped

3 ounces parmesan cheese, grated

fresh parsley, for garnish if desired

favorite dipping sauce click here for my homemade buttermilk ranch or here for bleu cheese!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. If the wings are not pre-cut, use a sharp knife to remove the drummette from the flat at the joint and cut off the wing tip.

  2. Lay the flats and drummettes out on a paper towel lined baking sheet and pat dry. The drier they are, the crispier they will get during cooking!

  3. Transfer the wings to a bowl and season with cajun seasoning. Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.

  4. While those cook, in a bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, pepper, garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Mix well and set aside.

  5. When the wings finish cooking, transfer to a large bowl, coat with the melted butter mixture and toss until evenly coated.

  6. Serve with your favorite sauce and/or veggies!
