4 bone-in chicken thighs
cayenne pepper, to taste
cajun seasoning, to taste
white pepper, to taste
mustard powder, to taste
celery salt, to taste
avocado oil spray

Dry the chicken thighs really well with paper towels and add to a bowl. Season with cayenne, cajun seasoning, mustard powder, white pepper, and celery salt and be sure to coat each piece well! *note: feel free to replace any seasonings and adjust to your liking*
Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil and place the chicken skin side up. Air fry at 380 degrees F for about 12 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes. Flip a third time *optional* and cook until the skin is crispy!
