Air Fryer Chicken Thighs


4 bone-in chicken thighs

cayenne pepper, to taste

cajun seasoning, to taste

white pepper, to taste

mustard powder, to taste

celery salt, to taste

avocado oil spray

* I served mine with yellow rice from Jambalaya Girl*


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Dry the chicken thighs really well with paper towels and add to a bowl. Season with cayenne, cajun seasoning, mustard powder, white pepper, and celery salt and be sure to coat each piece well! *note: feel free to replace any seasonings and adjust to your liking*

  2. Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil and place the chicken skin side up. Air fry at 380 degrees F for about 12 minutes.

  3. Flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes. Flip a third time *optional* and cook until the skin is crispy!

  4. Serve with your favorite side(s)!
